At Mapleview Animal Clinic we pride ourselves in taking good quality diagnostic radiographs with our digital system. Radiographs are performed on-site and can often be performed the same day as your appointment. Radiographs may be performed with or without sedation, this is dependent upon the views needed. Dental radiographs are performed under general anesthesia. At Mapleview Animal Clinic, we are fortunate to have access to a skilled registered ultrasound technologist who performs diagnostic ultrasound. All images are read by a Board-certified Veterinary Radiologist. Ultrasound can usually be coordinated within a few days, same day service can often be arranged if there is an emergency. More advanced imaging such as MRI and CT scans can be arranged at an off-site facility when needed.
