As per the provincial government, we can now provide a full range of services, including preventative care. Of course, we must still practice social distancing, which is a challenge in a clinic setting. So, good news, your pets can come in for their annual examinations, vaccinations, bloodwork, spays, neuters and nail trims. However, we will still be utilizing our curbside service. When you arrive, please call us at 705-792-9855 and we will bring your pet into the clinic. Please have your dogs on a leash and your cat in a carrier. Following examination of your pet, the veterinarian will call you to review their findings and give recommendations. Please be patient as it can be rather entertaining at times with staff holding a dog while the door bell is chiming and the phones are ringing!
To schedule a non-urgent appointment, please contact us via email (firstname.lastname@example.org). Give us a few days/times that you are available and we will call/email you back to confirm.
To order food or medication, including flea and tick prevention, you can email us at info@mapleviewac. ca, call us at 705-792-9855 or order them on our webstore. Webstore orders can be picked-up in clinic or delivered to your home. When picking up from the clinic – call when you arrive and we will bring your food/medication out and place it on the table outside the front door. Once we have returned inside the clinic, you can retrieve the food/medication.
If you have been advised to self-isolate or have been exposed to COVID-19, have a fever or a cough, please do not come to the clinic. Notify us and we will make alternate arrangements to look after your pet.
We are currently not accepting cash. Payment is via credit card over the telephone or e-transfer to email@example.com.
We hope everyone is safe and well and that we continue to flatten the curve. Don’t forget to give your pet some alone time, particularly any new members of the family.
