What to Expect at a Veterinary Appointment
At Mapleview Animal Clinic, your companion’s comfort is our utmost priority. We strive to have only one pet in the waiting room at a time to reduce the stress and excitement for you and your furry friend.
Upon arrival, you will be greeted by one of our wonderful front office staff. You will then be brought into one of our dedicated dog or cat examination rooms.
We schedule 30-minute appointments to ensure that we have adequate time to properly assess your companion and to address any concerns that you may have.
A thorough examination will be performed, replete with treats for your pet. Our veterinarians will then give you recommendations regarding any diagnostic tests or treatments that are needed.
Following your appointment, our staff will review the treatment recommendations and provide you with any further information you need.
Once your appointment is complete our front-office staff will take care of billing and schedule any follow-ups.
Our Pet Care Philosophy
We are committed to creating a calm environment for your dog or cat so that they will feel relaxed and welcome in our space. Our doctors prioritize communication and pet comfort.
Our focus is on ensuring that your pet has a thorough assessment without feeling stressed or anxious and that we have answered all of your questions.
To help reduce your companion's stress, we have feline pheromones in our cat room and many dog examinations are done on the floor where most of our canine patients feel most comfortable.
