Kim
Lead Customer Service
- Read Bio
Kim knew at a young age that she wanted to be a voice for animals. She graduated from the Veterinary Technician program at Seneca College in 1995 then went on to spend many years working in two small animal clinics in Newmarket, in a variety of roles - animal nursing, hospital management and client service.
Kim’s passion for pet nutrition led her out of the clinic environment and into a three year position at Rayne Clinical Nutrition, offering a veterinary diet to those pets with severe allergies and complicated medical conditions. But she very much missed working directly with dogs and cats and their people.
Kim was thrilled to join the amazing team at Mapleview in June of 2020, doing what she loves best, working in client care as an advocate for pets and pet parents. Outside of work, Kim shares her home with 2 teenage daughters (it really is a theme at MAC!) and 4 rescue pets, 2 dogs and 2 cats. Kim loves spending time with the whole gang at her family cottage, and enjoys swimming, hiking and reading.
